Hair color at Serendipity Hair Studio is mixed for the head in the chair, not copied off a chart. The studio is at 3326 S Del Prado Blvd, Suite 5, Cape Coral, FL 33904, five minutes from the Cape Coral Bridge.

Parking is free in the lot right in front of the door. Look for the white arch and the orange sign. Hair sits on one side of the floor, nails on the other, so a color and a manicure can share the same visit.

Ori is the color specialist, with more than 25 years behind the chair. Jenni Carbonell, the owner, also does hair. They work with Paul Mitchell and other salon-grade lines. If a shade needs two visits, they tell you before a bowl is mixed. That caution is most of what the 4.9 from 204 Google reviews is about.

Color prices as listed

A color touch-up starts at $70 and takes about an hour. That is the root refresh when the shade you already wear has grown out. Partial highlights start at $90 for one hour, or $100 with a blowout for two hours. Full highlights start at $150 and take about two hours. Color correction has no menu price: you call (239) 540-9002 or come in and they look at what is already on the hair.

Every number on this site is a starting price. Length, thickness and old color move it. Your stylist gives you the exact figure before anything is mixed. You can add a haircut from $30 or a blowout from $30 after color. A haircut and blowout starts at $60.

Balayage, painted to your photos

Balayage is on the work wall here: dimensional, honey, rose-copper, smoky ash, bright blonde. There is no separate balayage line on the menu because the work is still a highlight or a color, painted to the photo you bring rather than foiled in a standard pattern.

Bring two sets of photos, the look you want and the look you hate. The second set tells us more. Tell us honestly about box dye or henna in the last year. It changes how the lightener behaves, and hiding it is how a one-session plan turns into a correction.

Cape Coral sun, pool chlorine and Gulf salt pull pigment out of color, reds and coppers first. Two or three cooler washes a week stretch what you paid for. If the hair is already dry or over-lightened, a keratin treatment from $180 can sit on colored hair. The team would rather wait a week than push a picture through a damaged cuticle in one sitting.
